For most jobs we'll want to see the space before quoting a firm price. Photos are often enough for straightforward rooms — text them to 416-889-8273. For larger or more complicated work, an on-site visit is free and usually takes under half an hour.
What we're checking is the subfloor: whether it's level, whether there's moisture in the slab, and what has to come out first. That's what separates a quote that holds from one that changes halfway through.
The quote itemises material, prep and labour separately, so you can see exactly where the money goes and adjust if you want a different material. No obligation, and we won't chase you.
Rough square footage, what's on the floor now, and whether it's a basement, condo or commercial unit covers most of what we need.
