It's one of the most cost-effective hard-surface options available, extremely durable under heavy traffic, and when properly maintained it can be stripped, waxed and buffed back to a like-new shine for many years.
VCT comes in a wide range of colours, which makes it easy to create borders, patterns, wayfinding and logos — common in schools, hospitals and retail. The keys to a lasting VCT floor are a properly prepped substrate, correct adhesive and tight, consistent tile spacing. We handle the full install and can apply initial finish coats so it's ready for traffic.

VCT (vinyl composition tile) is a harder, more porous product that needs periodic stripping and waxing to stay looking its best, but it's very cheap and durable. LVT (luxury vinyl tile) is a premium product with realistic wood/stone visuals and a protective wear layer that doesn't require waxing. We install both and can help you choose.
