Most residential rooms or condos are done in one to three days, depending on the size, the material and how much subfloor prep is needed. Larger homes and commercial spaces are scheduled around your timeline. We give you a realistic estimate up front and keep you updated as we go.

We can move most standard furniture as part of the job — just let us know in advance so we can plan for it. We ask that you clear small items, breakables and electronics beforehand. Very heavy or specialty pieces (pianos, large safes, etc.) are discussed during the quote.

Often, yes — and it matters more than most people realize. A new floor is only as good as what's underneath it. We check for level, moisture and damage before installing, and handle any patching, leveling or repairs needed.
