Calls and texts during working hours (Mon–Sat, 7:00am–6:00pm) usually get answered on the spot. If we're on a job site and can't pick up, leave a message and we'll get back to you the same day. Messages sent through the form or by email are typically answered within one business day.
Texting is often fastest — you can send photos of the space straight to 416-889-8273, which frequently saves a visit at the estimating stage.
To give a number that holds up, we need a rough idea of the square footage, what's on the floor now, whether it has to come out, and what's underneath (concrete slab or wood subfloor). For condos and commercial buildings we'll also ask about elevator access and any building rules on work hours, since that affects scheduling more than most people expect.
None of it needs to be exact. If you don't know, that's what the site visit is for.
We quote free across the Greater Toronto Area, and you'll deal with the person who'd actually install your floor rather than a salesperson. If a cheaper material is the right call for your space, we'll say so. If we're not the right fit for the job, we'll tell you that too.
