Glue-Down LVT & LVP Flooring

Luxury vinyl tile and plank installed with a permanent glue-down bond — the most stable, durable way to get a premium wood or stone look in busy commercial and residential spaces across the GTA.

Overview

Premium Looks, Commercial Durability

Luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) deliver the appearance of hardwood, stone or ceramic at a fraction of the cost — and with far more resilience. A glue-down installation bonds each piece fully to the subfloor, which is why it's preferred for commercial spaces, large open areas and rooms with temperature swings or heavy rolling loads.

Unlike floating click-lock floors, glue-down LVT/LVP won't shift, gap or bounce underfoot. It stays flat, handles heavy traffic and is easier to repair board-by-board if ever needed. Proper subfloor prep is critical for a flawless result — and that's exactly where our commercial background pays off.
